Evaporators
Guntner acknowledges that cooling fresh food represents one of the greatest challenges for producers. If not stored correctly it will deteriorate quickly reducing quality and saleable weight.
With choice of configurations, fin spacing and the use of the proven floating coil design the evaporator gives the client the choice of solution to match their specific need. Units can be manufactured for use with HFC refrigerants, ammonia and CO2 amongst others.
As an addition the evaporators can be supplied with accessories and modifications such as:
- Electric or hot-gas defrost.
- Water spray defrost
- Fan peripheral heaters
- Epoxy coated aluminium, copper or stainless steel fins
- Stainless steel tube options
- Variable Fan speed control or fan cycling step control panels
- Single and double drip trays
- Cleanable casing with hinged access options
- Air sock options
- Reinforced fans for external static pressure
- Swivelling fans
- Non-return valve
